IN DEPTH WITH
Luna.
From early sketches to refined packaging mockups, every detail was considered — the typography, colour palette, and brand story layered to draw buyers in and to create sunscreen as an important and fun step in their routine. I experimented with forms that balanced everyday usability with aesthetic appeal.
(T)houghtful Discovery.
Whilst visual investigation is definitely needed, in person research is also.
That is why I completed an in depth questionnaire with 20+ people asking questions related to their sunscreen usage and what products they reach for when buying it. I also went into the shops/chemists to visually see what products are already out there and what is popular/not working for some companies.
(L)ayered Development.
The LUNA concept began with a desire to redefine sun care — a product that felt as beautiful as it was functional. I explored how light, warmth, and confidence could be reflected through soft gradients, sun motifs, and minimal yet playful type and design elements. Making sunscreen a fun and vital element of someone’s skincare routine
(C)urated Connection.
The final identity embodies sun care reimagined — modern, mindful, and radiant. Through cohesive branding and thoughtful storytelling, LUNA connects with those who see sunscreen as a ritual of self-care, not just protection.
GRAPHIC TEE WITH INKSE
A coastal collaboration where creativity met craftsmanship.
Partnering with INKSE, I designed a limited-edition graphic tee that reimagines my floral artwork through print — blending softness, contrast, and ocean-inspired tones. The design began as a photo experiment, evolving through layers of texture and line art to capture the warmth of summer evenings by the water.
To celebrate the process, I filmed a behind-the-scenes video showcasing each stage — from concept sketching and editing to printing and styling the final piece. This project reflects my approach to design: thoughtful, layered, and curated — wearable art grounded in emotion and storytelling.
